Caregiver
Caregivers assist individuals who have difficulty performing basic day-to-day activities, for example, the elderly, disabled persons, or people suffering from chronic or mental disorders. A Caregiver's duties include assisting with personal care, administering medication, and providing companionship.
Caregiver Supervisor
The caregiver supervisor is responsible to schedule and coordinate caregivers based on assessment information and care plan information for new and existing clients. They manage the onsite caregiving team.
Client Care Coordinator
A Care Coordinator is a trained health professional that helps to manage a patient's care, for example, the elderly or disabled. They monitor and coordinate patients' treatment plans, educate them about their condition, connect them with health care providers, and evaluate their progress.
Senior Caregiver
Senior caregiver encourages residents to eat a proper diet and take adequate fluids while respecting the resident’s right to free choice and records and reports changes in resident’s eating habits to the supervisor. Allows and encourages residents to do as much of their own care as possible.
